RE TERMS- 10% Deposit Day of auction, Balance w/Deed at closing within 40 days from Auction date. Pro-rata 2025 Taxes, Possession w/deed at closing. Seller has the right to accept or reject the high bid. 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid to determine purchase price.
PP Terms: Cash or Check the day of sale. 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid price to determine final selling price. 6% Kentucky Sales Tax will be added unless a tax-exempt form is provided to Herron Auction & Realty. 5% Credit card fee will be added for all credit card purchases.
Please confirm you have all your items before leaving pickup site. Once you leave with your items there will be NO REFUNDS for missing items. It is the buyer’s and/or their representative’s responsibility to make sure they have received all items before leaving auction site.
