Personal Property Terms: 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid price to determine the final selling price. 6% Kentucky Sales Tax will be added unless a tax-exempt form is provided to Herron Auction & Realty at the time of check-out. 5% Credit card fee will be added for all credit card purchases.
Please confirm you have all your items before leaving the auction site. Once you leave with your items, there will be NO REFUNDS for missing and/or damaged items. It is the buyer’s and/or their representatives’ responsibility to make sure they have received all items before leaving the auction site. Herron Auction & Realty accepts NO RESPONSIBILITY for items left at the auction site to be picked up at a later time.
Real Estate Terms: 10% deposit day of auction, balance with deed at date of closing within 40 days from auction date, pro-rata 2026 taxes, possession with deed at date of closing. 4% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid price to determine the final selling price. The seller has the right to accept or reject the high bid.
