Pickup: Tues, November 5th 2-6pm cst by appointment only through Shipping Saint program. No other dates and times available. No items will be brought back to our office for later pickup.
FIREARMS WILL BE PICKED UP FROM FFL DEALER AT OUR OFFICE IN HENDERSON, KY OR AT AN AGREED UPON LOCATION WITH FFL. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THERE WILL BE HELP AVAILABLE FOR LOADING. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PACKAGING, EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS, AS WELL AS HELP FOR LOADING.
* 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid price to determine final selling price. 6% Kentucky Sales Tax will be added unless a tax exempt form is provided to Herron Auction & Realty prior to end of auction. 5% Credit card fee will be added for all credit card purchases.
** ALL FIREARM PURCHASES (EVEN OUT OF STATE) WILL HAVE A $25 FFL FEE PER GUN. NO REFUNDS FOR FAILED BACKGROUND CHECKS.
PLEASE BRING PAYMENT WITH YOU THE DAY OF PICKUP. YOU MAY PAY WITH CASH, CASHIER’S CHECK, OR CREDIT CARD THE DAY OF PICKUP. WE NO LONGER AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE THE CARD ON FILE.
BUYER’S WHO REQUIRE SHIPPING MUST PROVIDE A COMPLETED CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM AND A PICTURE OF DRIVER’S LICENSE BEFORE ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED.
Please confirm you have all your items before leaving pickup site. Once you leave with your items there will be NO REFUNDS for missing items. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure they have received all items before leaving auction site.
